Stakeholder Awareness Analysis Module

What is it?

It is an independent module that measures the level of green transformation/awareness and perception of your internal and external stakeholders such as employees, suppliers and customers, and evaluates the findings together with the data in the Corporate Carbon Footprint software. It is positioned separately from ESG materiality studies; it directly feeds the emission management flow. Thus, it not only answers the question "what do stakeholders think?" but also links these views with Scope 1-2-3 hotspots, mitigation targets and action plans.

How does it work?

Installation and access

• The authorized user logs into the module, the campaign/survey name, target audience (employee, supplier, customer), survey language and access method are determined.
• Privacy and anonymity preferences (anonymous/named, department or supplier group based) are defined.

Question set and template selection

The system provides a ready-made question bank/templates (e.g. general awareness, operational practices, energy/waste/water behaviors, supplier practices, transportation and procurement practices).

Questions are in Likert scale, multiple choice or short text format; each question is weighted by categories and sub-headings.

Questions can be added/subtracted as needed; with multi-language support, multiple language versions of the same campaign can be created.

Create a survey in minutes

• on the "Awareness Surveys Management" screen, enter the title, start/end dates and target number of participants; the system automatically calculates the target participation rate based on the number of employees.
• If necessary, sub-targets based on department/facility/country are defined.

• The system generates a survey link and QR code with a single click.
• The link/QR is shared via e-mail, intranet, banner/poster, supplier portal or field announcements.
• Optional access restrictions (company email requirement, one-click token, 1 response per device, etc.) can be set.

Participation management and reminders

• Live attendance rate is monitored in real time by department/supplier group.
• Automatic reminder emails and closing alerts are scheduled; additional rounds of reminders can be opened based on the target.

Automated Analytics

• Once the survey is closed, the module automatically cleans, scores and compares the responses.
• Results are grouped by category/sub-topic awareness score, "areas of strength", "critical improvement topics" and "quick win behaviors".
• Generates benchmarking (prior period, cross-site, department breakdown) and segment analysis (e.g. production vs. office, core supplier vs. long tail) reports.

Integration with Carbon Software

• Previous year Scope 1-2-3 emission data and active mitigation targets are automatically extracted.
• Awareness findings are mapped to hotspots in the carbon inventory (e.g. electricity efficiency awareness ↔ Scope 2, logistics behaviors ↔ Scope 3 transport).
• For each finding, the module generates recommended actions (training, behavior campaign, supplier specification, process standard) and a probability-impact matrix.

• After the pre-monitoring, an automated report is generated with guideline support, including executive summary, methodology, engagement analysis, scores, matching to hotspots and list of recommendations.
• The report is archived in "My Reports" and PDF/additional files can be printed out to share with external stakeholders as needed.
