Green Roadmap Module

What is it?

It is a transformation plan that brings together GHG Inventory (ISO 14064-1 compliant), Green Maturity, Stakeholder Awareness and expert opinions, and is completed with measurable targets, milestones, project lists and responsibility matrix for your business. The roadmap is based on areas where emissions are concentrated by category (e.g. 1.1 Stationary Combustion, 2.1 Electricity, 3.1-3.2 Logistics/Distribution, 4.1 Raw Materials) and creates a repertoire of projects specific to each.

How does it work?

Collect and validate data sources

• Greenhouse Gas Inventory (ISO 14064-1): Determines emission intensities by category and identifies priority areas.
• Green Maturity Score: Indicates the applicability of projects by converting institutional capacity in dimensions such as management, technology, procurement, energy, etc. into scores.
• Awareness Survey Results: Identifies areas that require training/communication and behavioral change.
• Expert Opinions: Enriches project design with best practices, technology and market trends.

Hotspot → project mapping (category-based design)

• 4.1 For raw materials: Typical project sets such as waste reduction, alternative low-carbon materials, circular economy, efficiency improvements.
• 2.1 For electricity: Energy efficiency (ISO 50001 compliant), renewable energy (SPP, etc.), digital energy monitoring.
