Corporate Green Maturity Analysis Module

What is it?

It is a corporate assessment module that measures and levels the green transformation capacity of your business with a standard methodology under headings such as management, operations, procurement and technology. Responses are converted into numerical scores with a category and sub-heading based question set; strengths and areas for improvement are collected in a clear "maturity scorecard". This scorecard creates a data-based baseline for goals and projects in the carbon footprint software.

How does it work?

• Installation and access: Authorized user logs into the module, company information (sector, scale, activity structure, etc.) is defined.
• Question set application: questions structured under 7 main categories and 17 sub-headings are answered with a mentor or in-house coordination. Some questions ask about document/practice status (e.g. management system certifications, process standards, ERP and data collection maturity) based on evidence.
• Coefficient scoring: The impact of each question is weighted by category. Section scores are automatically calculated, the total score is converted into a percentage "maturity score" by proportioning the total score to the maximum score.
• Leveling and insight: The score is labeled in a level band from beginner to leader. The module summarizes "areas of strength", "critical development points" and "quick wins" in separate blocks.
• Automated report: A one-click report includes category scores, brief comments and suggested improvement steps. The report is fully automated with in-software guidelines and archived in the "My Reports" section.
• Integration with CimpactPro: Maturity outputs provide input to the target, project and KPI screens in the Corporate Carbon Footprint software, ensuring a seamless flow from calculations to implementation.
