Requirements (GAP) Analysis Module

What is it?

GAP Analysis is a comprehensive assessment module that combines Green Maturity Analysis, Stakeholder Awareness Analysis, Expert Opinion and ISO 14064-1 Corporate Carbon Footprint outputs in the same methodological framework to reveal the gaps between the current state and target state of your business. The Requirements Analysis Wizard within CimpactPro collects all inputs on a yearly basis and synthesizes them into a single report, clarifying the steps to be taken in a data-driven manner.

How does it work?

• Selection of the analysis year: First determine the year for the report, so that all data and benchmarks are linked to the same reference period.
• Stakeholder Awareness data: open the survey via "Awareness Surveys Management"; when the title, start/end date and number of employees are entered, the system automatically calculates the target participant. The language of the survey is selected; the system generates a link and provides QR code sharing.
• Green Maturity findings: The data from the maturity test is interpreted by an expert on the screen; your corporate sustainability capacity is objectively framed.
• Expert Opinion: the overall maturity level of the company is assigned in the "Level 1-5" range; methodological evaluation is completed.
• Corporate Carbon Footprint (ISO 14064-1): Scope 1-2-3 emission results from the previous year are automatically retrieved by the program. Reduction targets are entered for each category (headings that do not exist are left as "0").
• Preview and comments: Short comments are written for each tab; methodology and findings are seen together in the report preview.
• One-click report & archive: The final report is generated with the generate report command and checkbox; it can be stored in the "My Reports" section, viewed or deleted if necessary.
