- Will my contract be terminated if I fail to meet sales targets?
No, there is no specific sales obligation. However, high performing partners are rewarded with additional bonuses and receive higher commission rates. The program has a flexible structure for all partners.
- How and when are commission payments made?
Commission payments are calculated at the end of each month and transferred to your designated bank account. Payments are made in the 2nd week of the following month after the invoice has been issued and collected by CimpactPro.
- Will I be in competition with other partners?
The CimpactPro Partner Program works with partners operating in different regions. In case of overlap between regions, a balanced structure is provided by taking into account the existing customer portfolio and regional strategies of our business partners.
- Can I represent another carbon management software other than CimpactPro?
Unfortunately no. The CimpactPro Partner Program requires partners not to represent other competing carbon management software. This ensures that our partners are fully focused on the success of CimpactPro.
- What is the duration of the contract?
The standard duration of participation in the CimpactPro Partner Program is 1 year. At the end of the year, a performance evaluation is made and the contract can be renewed if both parties wish.
- What happens to contractual obligations in case of force majeure?
In case of force majeure, our partners may temporarily suspend their obligations. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as war, natural disasters or epidemics, mutual agreement is reached between the parties.
- What should I do if I want to leave the program?
If you wish to leave the program, you must notify CimpactPro in writing 30 days in advance. Upon termination of the contract, you will receive all payments to which you are entitled, but you will be deemed to have waived any future renewal income.
- What kind of contract will be concluded upon confirmation of partnership?
Your partnership is realized with two complementary agreements. CimpactPro Partner Program Partnership Agreement and CimpactPro Partner Program Confidentiality Agreement
